Warranty

Standard One (1) Year Warranty
CardCom backs the ViAge VeriferŪ by offering a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is only valid up to one year from date of purchase and a registration card must be submitted along with proof of purchase (if not purchased directly through the manufacturer, CardCom) to CardCom no later than 30 days of the purchase date.

Extended One (1) Year Warranty
This warranty package extends the coverage for an additional year the original terms and conditions set forth in the ViAge one-year manufacturer warranty. The additional warranty purchased provides coverage for two (2) years effective the purchase or invoice date. The option to purchase the extended warranty must be purchased within 90 days of the purchase date. The ViAge will be repaired or replaced ONLY if the following conditions have been met after inspection.

• No physical damage due to customer misuse (i.e., crack in the outside housing & LCD)

• Product cannot be subject to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage,
  exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized
  connections or repairs, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration or
  improper installation.
